Yesterday afternoon, "Youth in Arts" facilitated and participated in a Leadership Developing and Capacity Building workshop for our youth. The workshop involved a presentation about bridging leadership to different lifestyle skills, an active discussion about a "boss versus leader", and a maze activity which taught youth about using their communication skills to lead their partner blindfolded through obstacles to reach a collective goal. Great job, everyone!
